Re-create the Image

This experiment is about your ability to remember the quality of pictures. An image will appear in the middle of the page below, and then an altered version of the same image will appear. Your job is simply to use the slider to adjust the blurriness of the picture until it matches the first version you saw. To do this, you will have control over a slider that you can adjust by clicking and dragging the black dot. Once you're satisfied with your judgment, click "Next Trial".

Right now, you should have control over a slider appearing below these instructions. Make sure you can adjust it by dragging it back and forth. If you cannot, there may be a problem with your browser; in that case, please return the HIT if possible!

When you're ready to begin, click "Start Experiment". By completing this survey or questionnaire, you are consenting to be in this research study. Your participation is voluntary and you can stop at any time.

(NOTE: When the experiment is done, a submit button should appear. If that fails to occur, the HIT should "auto-submit" after one minute.)

Remember to keep adjusting until you are satisfied with the match!
